2017 contains another breaktrough for Casper. In February he gets a wildcard for maindraw to ATP 500 in Rio/Brazil and reaches the semifinals. He continues to deliver several good results during the spring . In june 2017 he reaches his career high of ATP 108.
Casper started 2016 as nr 1150 on the ATP world ranking. He finished 2016 as nr 225 on the ATP moving 900 spots that year.
In 2016 Casper wins his first ATP Challenger Tournament in Sevilla, Spain. At the age of 17 he became one of the youngest players in the world to win a tournament on the challenger level.
Casper wins his first professional Futures tournament in Mallorca in February 2016 and his second title he wins in August in Finland.
In January 2016 Casper became nr. 1 on the ITF world junior ranking and decided to turn professional.
Casper finished the year as nr 2 on the world ITF junior ranking. He won a total of 4 ITF tournaments during 2015.
Casper wins the Mens National Championship in 2014. He is the youngest player in norwegian tennis history to do so at the age of 15. He also wins in 2015 and 2016.
In may 2014 Casper wins his first ITF grade 4 tournament in Estonia.
Casper plays the European Championship U14 and reaches the final. This is the first time a player from Norway reaches a final in the European Championship.
